This is exciting news for the Emergency Savings category, and for SecureSave! An industry leader in HSAs, HSABank, has just announced that they will be offering a new employer-sponsored Emergency Savings Accounts (ESAs) solution. This announcement reflects a growing recognition of the importance of integrating an emergency savings program into a comprehensive financial wellness initiative within the workplace.

The trend of companies, both large and small, adopting ESA programs speaks to the tangible benefits they provide not only to employees but also to employers. That’s why employers like Humana, Delta, Amazon and Whole Foods have all recently announced the addition of an emergency savings solution. When an emergency savings account is done correctly – simple signup, easy access to funds, leadership support, employer incentive – then employers benefit from impactful results. At SecureSave, we have an average participation rate of 62% and user retention of 95%.

As a result, a number of financial wellness providers, such as HSA Bank, have decided to incorporate ESAs into their product offering. HSA Bank’s reputation, expertise and more than 20 years of experience in providing financial well-being benefits, especially Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), will make them a trusted provider of ESAs as well. SecureSave is excited to be partnering with HSA Bank to power their new emergency savings solution.

If your employer works with HSA Bank, have them reach out to their HSA Bank contact to learn more about adding an emergency savings program to their benefits offering.
